Lawndale Teaser No.1 Panel 1

My first teaser strip for my upcoming Daria webcomic. So far, the plan is to show off the first official strip at the big DariaCon party at the Outer Banks in NC, then upload it for the rest of the world.

The overall change in Daria's appearance is mostly based on the official "What Daria Would Wear On a Date" picture (on Outpost Daria.com) which is sammiched between her usual appearance and her dream outfit for the CableACE Awards. Unfortunately, THAT had to be altered mostly because the picture was just Trent's body with Daria's head screwed in.

Everybody will be given updated appearances in time, but sadly, not everyone is coming back. Hopefully, there won't be much backlash.

I'm also hoping that I can crank out some decent backgrounds by then......
